FAQ
How do I book a shoot?
Click the "Contact Me" Tab. There you will find my email and phone number. I am best reached by Text or Email as I am busy during the day time hours. I will respond to you within 24 hours to begin the booking Process.
Do you Travel?
I am willing to travel however Prices listed do not include travel fees. Upon travel request I will require funds for method of travel and housing if I have to stay over night.
What is your typical timeline?
BOOKING: I guarantee a response to the 1st point of contact in the first 24 hours. After that timeline depends on you and your availability. I try to book shoots within 2 weeks of contact unless you are booking for an event or wedding.
PERSONAL GALLERY:
I guarantee "Sneak Preview" photos within a week of shooting. Full gallery I guarantee within 2-3 weeks of shooting if there are 500 shots or less. Anything over 500 shots I guarantee 3-4 weeks for gallery editing and delivery.
What payment methods are available?
I accept all major credit cards, Venmo and Cashapp. No Checks.
Payment plans are available and customizable based on your need.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes! "Refer A Friend" and receive 10% off your next session.
Do you give refunds?
Yes, but it depends on the circumstance and the timeline of refund. This is something to discus with photographer at booking.
When Is Full Payment Due?
I require a "Retainer" the day of booking. Full Balance is due 7 days prior to the photo shoot date unless other wise decided by photographer. (IE. Payment Plans set up by you and Photographer)
PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE:
I do offer payment plans for those who cannot do the full balance, however there is a contract and additional fee for payment plans.
